**Insurance Customer Service Representative**

Location: Calgary, AB
Type: Full Time

**Office Perks**:

- Monday to Friday 8:45-5:15 - no working weekends or evenings

**Salary and On Target Earnings (OTE)**:

- General Licensed Team Member - $50,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives - Likely OTE of $60,000+
- General and LLQP Licensed Team Member - $55,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives - Likely OTE of $70,000+

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:

- Must drive a reliable vehicle.
- Must have clean credit (No oustanding items in collections and no bankruptsy in past 7 years)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- After the initial training period, there is little day-to-day mangement, Hence, you must motivate yourself.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
