**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor press machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Set up and adjust machinery for production runs, including loading materials and configuring settings.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect finished products for defects and maintain accurate production records.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a Commercial Printing environment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential, with the ability to understand machine operations and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with packaging processes and techniques is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is advantageous.
- Background in Commercial Printing or related fields will be considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 80 per week
