**About Us**

We’re looking for a **skilled and reliable Glass Cutter** to join our production team. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate CNC cutting machines and manual cutters to cut and shape glass accurately.
- Use hand and power tools to cut glass according to specifications.
- Load, unload, and move glass safely within the facility.
- Measure, mark, and inspect glass for quality and defects.
- Fabricate insulated glass units using proper materials and techniques.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and preparing glass for production.
- Help with building window frames and general warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals and quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a glass cutter or in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and basic machinery.
- Willing to learn how to operate CNC glass cutting machines.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large glass sheets safely.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude.
- **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**
