Territory Manager

Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager for its OEM Services division based in Regina. The Territory Manager will continue to establish Brandt OEM Services as the preferred partner supplying steel parts, fabricated components and sub-assemblies, as well as being able to provide complete contract manufacturing and assembly of OEM products. Focused on representing the new Brandt Smart Steel facility located in Regina for plate processing, and coupled with our ability to provide welding, machining and painting services, we are able to offer our OEM customer base a “one-stop shop” for all their requirements. The Territory Manager will develop an account strategy targeting the OEM customer base in the Canadian prairie region, focused on growing existing customer relationships, expanding customer base as well as targeting new opportunities.
**Required Skills**:
- Responsible for customer relationships within the territory for OEM businesses.
- Expand Brandt’s OEM customer base supporting our Brandt Smart Steel facility in Regina.
- Develop marketing and promotion strategy for the territory.
- Create account plans targeting each customer within the territory.
- Prepare customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow up, and prospects reports as required.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns with the support of the customer service team.
- Call on potential OEM customers, at all levels, throughout the territory focused on providing solutions related to the required steel supply - including cutting, forming, welding, machining, painting and assembly.
- Work with the team to help scope, quote, project manage and deliver all projects within the territory.
- Lead the review of Tenders, Prequalification Requests, Request for Proposals, Sales Agreements, etc. in conjunction with the support team.
- Collaborate with the team to create customer facing sales documents such as proposals, presentations, brochure etc.
- To represent Brandt at industry trade shows, conventions and events.
Required Experience
- Technical Sales Experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Industrial knowledge in the area of steel processing is considered an asset
- Excellent work ethic
- Out of office customer meetings 75% of the work week with some overnight travel required
