We are currently looking to hire a full-time Accounts Payable specialist that can start immediately to join our growing team

**Shift Time**: 9 AM - 5:30 PM (approximate) Monday
- Fridays

**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly Reconciliation of expenses and accounts
- Staying informed about company’s products and prices
- Data Entry incoming shipments and expenses, credit and return follow up
- Using company’s software enter inventory data and process payments
- Use of Quickbooks for maintenance and other expenses
- Keeping track of monthly, weekly, and C.O,D payments
- Organize files, follow up on credit for returns
- Working with managers staff to ensure excellent communication on inventory and payments
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, and keep files organized
- Report any problems to supervisor

**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
