**Job Description**:
**WHAT'S THE JOB?**

You will also be responsible for providing support to the Financial Systems Manager with investigations, documentation, testing, education, and problem solving related to financial systems projects. In short, you will execute both technical and analytical functions to ensure smooth flow of business in the organization.

Detailed job description will be shared with qualified applicants but select responsibilities include:

- Involvement in the implementation and roll out of OneStream Consolidation, Planning and Reporting
- Participate in the harmonization of disparate ERP systems to one singular platform for areas not currently on NetSuite
- Maintenance and some development of critical business systems such as NetSuite, Oracle PBCS, MS Dynamics GP 2015, and a modern Azure data warehouse and tabular model with Power BI.
- Ensure compliance with and maintain internal controls documentation for information technology and governance control (ITGC) review.
- Ensure continuous improvement by developing and refining month-end processes to streamline procedures and create efficiencies which enable timely and accurate financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year working as OneStream Application System Analyst, or 3 years working with Hyperion.
- Experience with OneStream is a must.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite (ERP), Oracle Hyperion EPM or similar planning and consolidation tools, Power BI and/or MS SQL Server considered an asset.
- Solid understanding of business process and supporting technologies.
