**A four-year path to Wealth Advisor**

An Associate Wealth Advisor will work alongside an experienced CC&L Private Capital Wealth Advisor for an initial four-year period. After the first year, the mentoring Wealth Advisor will assign up to 50 households to the Associate Wealth Advisor.

After the four-year mentorship, a decision will be made jointly by the senior Wealth Advisor and the Associate Wealth Advisor to either advance the Associate Wealth Advisor to Wealth Advisor status or for the Associate Wealth Advisor to recommit to another four-year mentorship.
