Supercharger Pizza is a new local multi-family owned take out / dine in restaurant, using local/foraged ingredients to create modern artisanal pizza, salads and wings.

As a cook at Supercharger, you will have a passion for good food, be expected to input/contribute on features and have an interest in learning and growing with the team. We will visit farms, learn about the ingredients and research recipes together.

Everyone has to share the following responsibilities:

- Make pizzas, wings, salads and desserts based on a custom order from our menu items.
- Monitor food stock, maintain supplies and place orders as and when required.
- Check and put away deliveries as and when required.
- Clean and sterilize kitchen equipment and tools before utilizing and maintaining a cooking station neat and clean - sharing the duties of maintaining dish washing area.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent listening skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick decision-making skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shift-work and available at all times including daytime, weekends, late evenings and some holidays.

By the end of your training, you would be proficient in the following,
- Making and stretching dough, prepping and plating salads, helping with menu recipe building and creation of features. Don’t forget wings and desserts
