Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our **WINDSOR 1 MANUFACTURING** team as an:
**OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR**

The Operations Administrator or designate is responsible for general office duties, answering incoming calls and providing administrative assistance to the Management Team at Plasman.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet all visitors that arrive at the facility
- Answering the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
- Forwarding incoming calls to the appropriate persons or departments
- Taking and distributing messages in a timely manner
- Providing administrative support to all departments as required
- Assisting with invoicing or other paperwork as required
- Ensuring office supply stock and maintenance of all general office machinery
- Stamping/distribution of incoming mail, shipments & faxes
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Ensure Welcome Board is updated as required
- Ordering lunches, employee flowers/gift baskets, branded clothing.
- Entering Production Report data each morning
- Completion of Waste Manifests as required
- Participate in Inventory activities
- Assist with planning facility events, coordinate fund raising, act as Cheer Leader for facility “Cheer For Me”
- Manage Contractors WSIB clearance through WSIB website
- Enter purchase requisitions in Trans4M
- Track incident reports, corrective actions, Improvement (Haz Com, Environmental, Plant OIM for completion, action, follow up, distribution and filingWork with HR Manager to perform various administrative functions

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience We're Looking For**:** MINIMUM EDUCATION/OR DESIGNATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must possess a secondary school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those who have completed some or all a college level program.

**MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous Administrative/Office experience is required
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to perform well in high pressure situations
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
