**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**: In person and on road

**Key Responsibilities**: Identify and connect with potential employers in industries such as welding, construction, warehousing, and general labour.
- Must have a car for in person meetings
- Conduct in-person visits, phone outreach, and online networking to promote staffing services.
- Build long-term relationships through excellent communication and follow-through.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and regular reports on business development and recruitment progress.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales (staffing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of skilled trades or industrial labour markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn, and lead generation tools.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local travel.

Nice to Have: Background in skilled trades, industrial sales, or HR services.

Bilingual (English + Punjabi/Hindi) is an asset.
