**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering enduring client relationships. Your expertise in sales, particularly within the marketing sphere, will drive our business development efforts to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Championing the Brand: Present our brand and tailored proposals to clients with finesse.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Compelling Presentations: Lead engaging presentations and meetings, showcasing our services and capabilities to potential clients.
- Collaborative Proposal Development: Work closely with the marketing team to craft personalized proposals aligned with client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a dynamic and healthy sales pipeline for sustained business growth.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes for informed decision-making.
- Customized Proposal Creation: Analyze projects and craft bespoke proposals tailored to client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably within the marketing industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, adept at negotiation and problem-solving.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a team and work autonomously.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools like HubSpot.
- Attitude: Positive demeanor, adaptable, and eager to learn.

**This position is not remote and commuting to the office is required on a daily basis.**

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M2J 5B4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
