Veert Landscaping Inc is a leading commercial and residential landscaping contractor with concrete and asphalt division. **We are currently seeking Concrete Framers and Finishers**.

**General Requirements**
- Class 5 license is required, Class 3 license would be considered an asset.
- Employee is required to provide own transportation to work.
- Steel toed boots are the responsibility of the employee, all other PPE is provided.
- Working at various sites throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
- Able to perform repetitive bending, lifting, kneeling and be physically fit.
- Flexibility of work hours is required during landscape season.
- Observe and adhere to all COR Certification requirements.

**Specific Requirements**
- Complete assigned construction projects from inception through to completion based on project documents.
- Site layout (survey experience an asset). Able to perform necessary surveying requirements based on project documents.
- Ordering and Calculating Quantities of materials such as geotêxtile; various aggregate; base materials (including recycled materials) and concrete.
- Preparation of base materials (aggregates, recycled, pit run) - including watering and meeting testing requirements.
- Monitor, track and report daily site activities for man power, equipment, materials.
- Perform work duties by hand where heavy equipment is not practical
- Operate, clean and maintain small power and hand tools such as: cut saw(s)
- Ground maintenance, shovel materials including soil, gravel, concrete

Veert Landscaping offers competitive compensation packages dependent on qualifications and experience. Position is available for immediate start.

**Salary**: $18.00-$31.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
