**Human Resources Coordinator - School Age Programs**

**Location**: Victoria, BC
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Reports to**: Executive Director

**Kids Klub** is a trusted and long-standing leader in school-age childcare, proudly serving Greater Victoria for over **35 years**. With **550+ licensed childcare spaces** and a dedicated team of **140+ employees**, we provide safe, engaging, and values-based programs that support children and their families.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, energetic, and experienced **Human Resources Coordinator** to join our Executive Team. In this leadership role, you will ensure our programs are effectively staffed, professionally supported, and in full compliance with licensing regulations and internal standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, WorkSafeBC, and Island Health
- Provide HR support in areas such as employee relations, performance development, and conflict resolution
- Manage HR systems, maintain records, and track key HR metrics
- Collaborate with inclusion support agencies and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of HR or leadership experience in school-age childcare or a related field
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Childcare Management, or a relevant discipline
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of BC Employment Standards and childcare licensing regulations
- Emergency Child First Aid and valid Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $65,726.77-$84,344.60 per year
