We are looking for a **Creative Team Manager** to join our growing team and lead the creative department on delivery.

The **Creative Team Manager** is responsible for creative team development, training, management, and retention. Accountable for developing and maintaining process documentation to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of creative department solutions. Responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining the creative department performance for various clients. (Internally and externally)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Art Director to develop professional development strategies for the team
- Work with the Art Director on developing creative strategy/execution plans for the department
- Manages multiple team members, taking responsibility for their job satisfaction, engagement, and success by providing on-the-job real-time feedback and annual reviews
- Assists with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training of new creative team members
- Provide time and value estimates for additional work with existing clients
- Identify new, and improve existing, internal control systems to meet delivery targets
- Ensure team communication and adoption of company policies, tools, and processes are adhered to
- Coordinate with the Sprint Manager to determine the delegation of work within the sprint, overseeing design team efficiency and budget usage
- Monitor and review margins and metrics to improve operational efficiency, implementing new directives for growth

**Knowledge, Education & Experience Required**
- **5+ years** of experience preferably as an Senior Graphic Designer or Creative Team Lead in an agency environment.
- Minimum of **3 years**’ experience managing people.
- Presents a portfolio with examples of websites, eCommerce, packaging, brand development, and digital marketing, including paid advertising.
- Proficient in the fundamentals of graphic design and the functionality and utilization of the extended Adobe Suite and Sketch.
