**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee the design and functionality of the e-commerce website, ensuring an optimal user experience through effective UX principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and design to create compelling online campaigns.
- Analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to inform decision-making and improve site performance.
- Manage product listings, inventory levels, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Visio for creating engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity.
- Implement front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, React, and Telerik to enhance website functionality.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, JavaScript, React, and Telerik.
- Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Sketch, Visio, and typography principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A passion for staying current with e-commerce trends and emerging technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
