**Department: Palliative & Transitional Care Services**
**Site: St. Joseph's Hospital**
**Shifts: Days/Evenings**
**Rate of Pay: $28.884 - $29.493** per hour**

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with elderly clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a long term care setting or with an alternate level of care population an asset
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
