**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:
- Grade XII plus graduation from a recognized office administration/business/secretarial program from an accredited institution
- One year related clerical experience
- Demonstrated computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Previous staffing experience considered an asset
- Previous experience with Time Capture, STAR, SAP-MSS
- Knowledge of and experience with scheduling within SharePoint is an asset
- Ability to follow payroll and scheduling guidelines in accordance with relevant collective agreement language under high stress and potentially critical timelines
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
**Hours of Work**:
- Permanent, Part-time (40%) position; 30 hours bi-weekly
**Salary Information**:
$20.25 - $22.50 hourly
