As we expand, we’re looking for a creative, organized, and social-savvy assistant to help bring content ideas to life and keep our community thriving.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Social Media Assistant who loves all things content creation, trends, and digital storytelling. You’ll play a key role in supporting content days, developing visuals, and engaging with our community online. If you’re someone who knows how to make a reel pop, loves brainstorming new content ideas, and can design a scroll-stopping thumbnail, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist during content creation days (on-site or virtually as needed)
- Engage with followers across platforms (reply to comments, respond to DMs, like and comment on other accounts to maintain presence)
- Create thumbnails for YouTube, Reels, and IG videos
- Help brainstorm creative and timely content ideas aligned with brand themes and current trends
- Assist in drafting captions, selecting hashtags, and scheduling posts
- Maintain content calendars and support campaign timelines
- Keep tabs on social media trends and viral formats
- Occasionally assist with behind-the-scenes tasks (organizing brand materials, prepping shoot days, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- A creative eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Organized, self-motivated, and responsive
- Experience with social media management tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a bonus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.00-$20.93 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
