As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the liaison between our patients and the dental team, ensuring that all treatment plans are communicated effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with patients to understand their needs, explain treatment options, and assist them in making informed decisions about their oral health.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet** patients and provide a warm, welcoming environment.
- **Answer ** phone calls and schedule appointments and follow-up care.
- **Discuss** treatment plans and options with patients, providing clear and concise information.
- **Assist** patients with financial arrangements and insurance claims.
- **Maintain** patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Collaborate** with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience** **in a dental office setting is Must.**:

- **Strong** communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Knowledge** of dental terminology and procedures.
- **Proficiency** in office software and dental practice management software.
- **Ability to** multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- **Commitment** to providing excellent customer service.
