**II. The Position**

Grassland Ventures is looking for a full-time Business Analyst to contribute on key client and venture projects. As a Business Analyst, you will work with various stakeholders to understand, gather, and document clear and concise business and technology requirements. You will ensure that all requirements deliver high quality results, enable agile team development, and align with digital standards.

You must have the ability to occasionally manage your time across multiple projects simultaneously while providing insights from past experience. In this role, you will be expected to actively collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and clients.

As a Business Analyst you have the opportunity to make a big impact as an early member of our growing team of software developers and product experts. You will play a key role in advancing a variety of key projects.

**III. The Necessary Skills**
- At least 2 years related BA experience
- An understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and methodologies
- Ability to extract information and knowledge from complex sources
- Ability to describe business outcome and benefits in layman terms
- Understanding of how to interpret customer business and technical needs
- Analytical and broad-based technical knowledge/skills
- Ability to think through details and tactics without losing sight of overall strategic goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our team is headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan; however, remote opportunities are available within Canada.

**V. The Compensation**

$60,000 - $75,000 / year base salary depending on experience.
