The Global Finance Transformation team is a diverse and highly engaged group of finance champions who transform business challenges into actionable, customer focused solutions while enhancing compliance and controls through standardized processes. There is an exciting opportunity to join this team in the role of Cost Analyst/Accountant who will aid in the simplification and digitization of our product costing standards.

In this continuous improvement role, the individual will anticipate and deliver results through the monitoring, implementing, preparing and reconciling of standard product cost processes. This role can be located in Florenceville, Toronto or Chicago.

**How you will add Value**:
Support the organization’s management product cost accounting systems and processes to ensure the design is meeting current business requirements.
Provide transactional level insight, experience in developing user friendly initiatives, and champion change within the management cost accounting space, including development of KPI’s
Collaborate on implementation of digital solutions for product cost planning and analytics ( Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing cost accounting ) to drive efficiencies and global standardization. (Including testing/ process documentation/training material support)
Promote continuous improvement culture and aid in the development of a continuous improvement framework
Handle Special Projects as assigned, including working on tool implementations, and liaising with regional/global resources for optimal outcomes

**About You**:
Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and research abilities.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
Manufacturing and/or consumers’ goods industry experience would be an asset
Technology expertise, including proficiency with Excel,(SAP, PaPM, SAP Analytics cloud desired),
Experience in management costing processes/systems
Continuous improvement mindset, with an ability to focus on what matters
Collaborates in a cross functional team environment
Demonstrated skill in change and stakeholder management
Supports program direction by completing assigned work and responding to program needs
This role requires successful clearance of a background check (including criminal check, credit check, employment verification along with academic)
