Tim Hortons is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a **Lobby Attendant**. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests. As a valued team member, you will ensure that our lobby, dining area, restrooms, and surrounding property are kept clean and inviting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude
- Clean and clear tables promptly and thoroughly
- Wipe down all surfaces including tables, chairs, windows, counters, and high-touch areas
- Sweep and mop floors in the lobby and other customer-accessible areas
- Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly and restock supplies
- Wash dishes and keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
- Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot by sweeping and removing litter
- Assist team members as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience

**Qualifications**:

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
