**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Spa Manager at Christie’s Mill Inn and Spa, will be responsible for managing the daily operations of spa.
**Duties include**:
- Working as the main aesthetician carrying out all body and facial treatments
- Supervising the maintenance of the facility including pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness centre and sport court
- Assist in creating budget reports for revenue and costs that include inventory procedures and pay structures to increase spa's profitability.
- Manage supplies procurement
- Maintain records and balance all payment transactions as well as assist in the spa opening and closing procedures
- Oversee the hiring of employees, develop staff training programs and organize workday schedules
- Create guest satisfaction action plan to attain 5-Star ranking
- Provide administrative assistance and assist in managing all appointment bookings for spa, pool (hot tub & sauna), fitness centre and sport court while maintaining customer information (database) and cash handling/payment processing.
- Complete working knowledge of ChorumPMS, Caterflex, Windsurfer and any other programs associated with your role
- Train all new hires on computer system, POS terminal and operational procedures
- Maintain inventory and monitor records of all skincare, makeup, retail and gift items
- Arrange logistics for weekly facility events/meetings, including creating customize itineraries for various group meetings.
- Develop comprehensive standard facility operations manual, including written policies and procedures for all spa facility services, administration and maintenance.
- Assist in designing marketing materials and spa menu; maintain monthly promotional mailers and client database
- Complete any training programs involved with your role
- Assist with Revenue Management on a daily basis.
- Assist with Social Media campaigns and online reviews
- Proper maintenance of the hotel’s physical facilities, hotel cleanliness and curb appeal, compliance with current brand standards
- Being prepared to fulfill occasional Manager on Duty presence when required.
- Assist with Scheduling, ordering, room inspections, training, etc. in all the Spa other resort departments as needed
- Acting as mentor and leader to all hotel employees to support them in ensuring 100% guest satisfaction; Provide feedback, positive reinforcement, and suggestions for the benefit of our guests and hotel property.
- Maintain a “Guests Come First” approach and attitude. Ensures complete 100% guest satisfaction.
- Any duty assigned by the Director of Operations

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
