- Love training and nutrition while wanting to build a career in the fitness and health industry
- Be bursting with enthusiasm and passionate about helping members work toward their health and fitness goals (being client-centered is a must)
- Be personable, well mannered, punctual and willing to uphold our excellent levels of customer service
- Hardworking, detailed-oriented and committed to going the extra mile time and time again for our members
- Eager to learn, a fast learner that is always looking to improve and have the desire to be part of a team that has the ambition to be one of the best in the world
- Have a desire to develop, work together and get better from our experienced head coaches and management team
- Complete our SHEN Fitness Personal Trainer Certification

**Responsibilities & Tasks**
- Lead group coaching sessions to an extremely high standard following the company's core values and company standard operating procedures
- Host group welcome orientations and educational presentations to new members to an extremely high standard following the company's core values and company standard operating procedures
- Use our softwares to follow up with new prospective members and current members to an extremely high standard following the company's core values and company standard operating procedures
- Meet the company's monthly sales, retention, results and client experience key performance indicators set by the company
- Attend weekly and monthly team development and team performance review meetings
- Complete basic administrative, cleaning or any other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
