**Description du poste**

**Job Summary**

This role is responsible for performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including address corrections and Return to Sender (RTS) processing. This position ensures all information is entered into UPS systems within established deadlines and provides general administrative support to the management team to maintain smooth daily operations.

**Job Type**: Part-Time | Permanent

**Workdays**: Sunday to Thursday (must be able to work 5 days of the week)

**Start time**:Anywhere between 11:15 to 1:00pm (Start time may change based on business needs)

**Finish time**:Anywhere between 5:30pm to 6:30pm (Finish time may change based on business needs)

**Work Location**:12424 Dixie Road Caledon, ON L7C 2L7 Canada

**Hourly Wage**: $18.75/hr.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks, including address corrections and Return to Sender (RTS) processing.
- Accurately enter information into UPS systems within established deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous data entry and analysis experience - Preferred
- Intermediate-advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
