Budget Blinds of Niagara are experts in all things window treatments for both residential and commercial spaces. We work with clients to design, measure and install the right window treatments customized to their space, style and budget. Primarily all business activities done at the client's location with convenience as a top priority. We are looking for a skilled Installer with a great attitude to join our team.

As a Window Treatments Installer, you will be responsible for installing a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, window film, curtains, etc. in residential and commercial settings.

**Primary Duties**:

- Installation Expertise: Proficiently install a wide range of window treatments according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. This includes mounting brackets and ensuring proper fit and functionality of each treatment.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the installation process. Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process, including adjusting treatments for proper alignment or addressing any defects or damages. This includes manipulating the widow treatment manually in rare cases.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in window treatments installation, with a proven track record of successful installations across a variety of products, including blinds, shades, shutters, window film, and curtains.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using installation tools and equipment, such as drills, levels, and measuring tapes. Ability to interpret installation instructions and technical diagrams.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and precision in installation work to ensure a flawless finished product.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with customers and internal team.
- Driving License: Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driving record, as the role requires travel to customer locations.
