Toronto School of Management is currently seeking a **Student Service Officer** who has the commitment and drive to help students achieve their greatest success. The Student Services Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating academic-related activities and resources for all students within the Toronto School of Management. The role holder will assist with overseeing student progression and provide ongoing support and guidance to all students, in addition to providing a high level of commitment to excellence and integrity in serving all key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively plan and support the team in the student orientation.
- Maintain up-to-date individual student data and follow-up on incomplete documents.
- Communicate with students regarding any changes or important notifications.
- Collaborate with other team members and line manager in the onboarding and training of new hires.
- Assist in the development and drafting of training materials, department documents, SOPs, presentations.
- Closely work with the Student Services Manager and all department heads, in order to improve customer service and enhance the student experience.
- Issuing students with the completion of any relevant documents e.g. attendance letters, Student ID cards.
- Actively participate in webinars, events, Q&As, info sessions (on campus and online) and collaborate in planning, organizing, and facilitating Student Services initiatives for students.
- Manages the daily operations of the school ‘s student services, and addresses all issues, related to all stakeholders.
- Uploading student transcripts on third-party websites on a timely basis.
- Coordinate the progress test /mock exam schedule for each semester. Actively involved in the invigilation of mock exams and their entire preparation. Scan and save all the marked answer scripts of students and assessment forms.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

**Position Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a Private Career College and with international students.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Knowledge of PCC and compliance with Ontario regulations.
- Acts with ethics, accountability and integrity and demonstrates sound judgment and respect for the individual in all interactions with others.
- Builds trusting and productive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
