We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth transactions. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Represent clients in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and renting properties.

2. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on pricing, market conditions, and property values.

3. Conduct property showings, open houses, and property inspections to potential buyers or tenants.

4. Create and maintain a database of clients and properties for future reference.

5. Assist clients in preparing and submitting offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the closing process.

6. Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

7. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

8. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

9. Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

10. Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance knowledge and build professional relationships.

11. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid real estate license in the state of operation.

2. Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

6. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach.

7. Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.

8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

9. Proficient in using real estate software and tools.

10. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in real estate marketing or property management.

3. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
