**Overview**
Firstly, we are looking for someone who would like to be a major part of our business, that would be involved in the direction of this garage. We want some one who wants to be customer driven; pleasing our customers will make our business grow We have a chance to stand out from the large garages. We are now in our 3rd year, with a base of dealer vehicles, present customers and specialize in import cars. We would like some one who is experienced, self driven, and would like to be in a smaller operation where they have say in the projects we do. **Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatic, and electrical components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Red Seal Motor Vehicle Inspection Permit (preferred)
