**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as skidsteers, backhoes, loaders,, and bulldozers for various construction and excavation tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Dig trenches, holes, or foundations as required by project specifications.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate machinery while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.

**Skills**
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation including backhoe operation, loader operation, crane handling, and bulldozing.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on machinery.
- Experience with farm machinery is a plus.
- Ability to dig effectively and efficiently while adhering to project specifications.
- Commercial driving experience is beneficial for transporting equipment when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Are you okay with assisting with manual labor and support tasks when not actively operating equipment? (site clean up, material handling, etc)
