Server

**Position Summary**:
At Toast Food Company, our servers are the heart of the guest experience. The Server is responsible for providing warm, attentive service while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This role includes taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring each guest leaves happy. When needed, the Server also supports the team by assisting with dishwashing, bussing, and general cleanup to keep service running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests promptly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and ensure accuracy with every order.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.
- Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Support the kitchen by assisting with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain fast, efficient service.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend availability required.
