We are seeking a **Hospitality Sales Administrator** to join our Hospitality Sales team who represent our Niagara properties; Peller Estates Winery, Thirty Bench Winemakers, Trius Winery, Wayne Gretzky Estate Winery and Distillery, and Riverbend Inn Reporting into the Hospitality Sales Manager, this person will sell and coordinate the most extraordinary group experiences in wine country. You will be working with amazing brands and teams, hosting small groups for events and contributing within a great team. **_ We are offering_** - _ Flexibility in work location - you will either be at our wineries, office locations or remote working from home_ - _ Full time business hours schedule with few weekend or evening events where needed_ - _ Hourly rate of pay of $18-$22 depending on experience_ - _ Best in industry wine education _ - _Incentives, discounts and products monthly_ - _ Option for benefits after certain number of hours employed_ **_ We are looking for a teammate with: _** - Best in class customer service - Administration experience and familiarity with Microsoft programs - 2 years experience in the hospitality field preferred - Engaging and friendly attitude - Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and problem solve. - Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check prior to offer as per the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirement 12.7. **_ This teammate will be accountable for:_** - Provides administrative support to Hospitality Sales team members including, but not limited to: - Responding to online/telephone queries from prospective and active clients and other stakeholders - Obtaining client details and ensuring accurate completion of all required hospitality sales documentation - Ensuring the timely distribution of accurate sales documentation - Reporting on client satisfaction through Survey Monkey and client feedback - Supports Hospitality Sales Coordinators by making proactive sales calls (as assigned) to increase group revenues - Hosts clients for site inspections - Coordinates group experience with clients (social market groups
