**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and best practices in project and quality management.
- Monitor and support project and quality management activities across the organization.
- Oversee all engineering budgets and provide financial oversight for projects.
- Lead program management of E1s, E2s, and Charter Offsets.
- Develop long-range maintenance plans to support operational reliability.
- Manage company contributions to asset capital projects.
- Lead and deliver special projects as assigned.
- Oversee engineering policy development and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage vessel charter obligations and warranty processes.
- Build and oversee a Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) program.
- Maintain the engineering SharePoint site and oversee vessel/terminal documentation management.
- Manage the use, implementation, and sustainment of the maintenance management system.
- Standardize and oversee major project contracts and terms & conditions.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in marine engineering and project management.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience; professional project management certification considered an asset.
- Experience in the maritime industry in a project management role strongly preferred.
- Leadership experience with marine operations and Transport Canada (TC) certification considered an asset.
- Experience establishing or managing ISO certification considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related project management tools.
**Working Conditions**
- Primarily office-based role with routine visits to vessels, docks, and terminal facilities throughout the Maritimes.
- Requires significant road travel, with flexibility for occasional evening, weekend, and overnight work.
- Must be able to access all areas of vessels and terminals, including climbing ladders and entering tanks.
