**Summary**

'Small Equipment/Shop Helper' at DY Concrete Pumps will play a vital role in supporting our operations by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position is based in Canada and is essential for maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the assembly and maintenance of construction equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to support production processes.
- Interpret schematics to ensure accurate assembly of components.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support inventory management by tracking parts and supplies.
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed.
- Uphold safety standards while performing all tasks.
- Assist parts department with tasks.
- Occasional parts driving - pickup & delivery of parts as needed.
- Warehouse support as needed.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge and experience, particularly with hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely as required.
- Previous experience in a shop or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Basic customer service skills are an asset.
- Knowledge of construction equipment an asset.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to operate a forklift.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
