**Summary**

We are seeking a passionate Math and Coding Teacher to join our team at Gems Learning Institute in Canada. Its preferred to have one instructor to conduct both programs. Its an afterschool position of timings approximately between 3:30 to 6 for 3 days of the week. It is a position for Sep, Oct and Nov at this time for a total of 8 weeks. It continues until June, with each term and new schedule every time.
**Responsibilities**
- Must be 100% in Time management and arrival on time is manadtory.
- Setting up and getting ready with required equipment and Welcoming young students in a friendly way to build a rapport of learning is fun.
- Lesson training will be provided.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods.
- Provide individualized support to students as needed.
- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Math or Coding Education or related field is preferred or a related experience.
- Proven classroom experience as a Coding or Math Teacher.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with technology integration in education is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
