**Company Overview**:
We are a growing interlock paving company based in Toronto, dedicated to delivering top-quality outdoor landscaping and paving solutions. We’re currently seeking a motivated and skilled Interlock Paving Installer with 1-3 years of experience to join our crew. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about outdoor work and looking to grow in the landscaping and construction industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation of interlocking stone for driveways, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare job sites including excavation, base preparation, and grading
- Follow project plans and layout designs
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with foreman and team to complete projects on time and within quality standards

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in interlock paving or related landscape construction
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in interlocking stone installation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- construction: 1 year (required)
