**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and finish various types of woodwork, including cabinetry, trim, and moldings.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment on-site.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work with other construction tasks.
- Conduct construction painting and drywall installation as part of the finishing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Fabricate custom pieces as required for specific projects.

**Skills**
- Strong maintenance person skills with experience in various carpentry techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience with construction painting and drywall installation is necessary.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as required by the job.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
