**Title**: Identity and Access Management Specialist
**Salary**: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours/week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver Area : Sinclair Office, Coast Salish territories of Musqueam Nations. (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
**About the role**
As Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will provide identity management and access to digital solutions across FNHA. This role will have the opportunity to influence and drive lasting efforts in the FNHA digital transformation, with significant user impact, through managing and monitoring a robust identity and access management program across digital solutions.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related technical fields
- Cyber Security Certification preferred.
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred.
**Experience**
- 5 to 7 years of related professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in participating in a cybersecurity program.
- Experience in Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and Active Directory FS (ADFS). Azure security architecture knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating and presenting identity and access management information to varies levels within an organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing role-based matrix for a mid-large size organization.
**Knowledge & Competencies**
- Knowledge of relevant IT infrastructure and security concepts, such as networking, operating systems, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Python, to automate IAM tasks.
- Experience with the ITIL framework and ITSM best practices, tools, and techniques; ITIL certification is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of MFA, risk based and adaptive access control and protocols such as OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM
- Strong understanding of risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT security architecture, and IT regulatory compliance
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of identity technologies and concepts.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Single-Sign On (SSO), and Federated Identities.
- Proven knowledge of security (CIDPRO)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

You may have experience in; Access Management Engineer, Cybersecurity Analyst, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Analyst.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
