**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, with a focus on proofreading for accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics such as venue selection and catering arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project updates.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this position.
- A background in customer service will be considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
