As Financial Services Manager on our team; you will consult with clients on protection programs to tailor personalized coverages. As well as provide optimal purchasing solutions to our clients through a network of prime lenders and financial institutions.
**High-Level of Key Responsibilities**
- Through consultative best practices, assist clients in customizing: Various protection options for their vehicle. Insurances for peace of mind and financial protection
- Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
- Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
- Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.
- Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
- Perform credit interview.
- Grow store relationship with key lenders.
- Integral part of the team, driving efficient and streamlined process.
**What you bring to the role**:
- 1 - 5 years’ experience in the Automotive business (preferred).
- GRIT and passion to grow
- A hunger to succeed
- Excellent Oral, Written & Listening skills.
- Decision-Making Skills based on the relative costs, benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.
- AMVIC certified
