**Position Summary**

This position supports the sales process through the scheduling of templates and installations for our customers. The Installation Schedule Coordinator is responsible for verifying that all files are completed, questions are answered, and collaborates with the programming team. This position oversees the workflow through the fabrication shop, and works alongside the production manager.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Organize the current and future production jobs
- Schedule the job template with the customer and maintain the paperwork for the fabrication in the shop
- Answer any service calls, and schedule the installation of the stone
- Resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service by: clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Oversee and support the sales desk staff, and cover off as required
- Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Superb organization skills
- Strong Computer Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
