Hours: 96 Hours/Month

**Job Summary**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated person to provide supports to an individual in YOUR OWN HOME, **two weekends per month**. Supports would include recreational, meal preparation and occasional community activities.

- Qualifications:
Diploma in Disability Support and/or related education preferred.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.

Emergency First Aid/CPR

APRP

PBS

SIVA

Medication Administration

Certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.

Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver's license, clean driver's abstract and $2.000.000 liability required for home and auto insurance.
