We are currently seeking a passionate **Freezer/Frozen Food Stocker** to join our team.

**Job Duties**:

- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with product reordering to ensure shelves are consistently stocked.
- Unload and organize frozen products, maintaining appropriate storage conditions to preserve product quality.
- Arrange and replenish freezer displays, ensuring products are neatly organized, properly labelled, and priced.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of freezer areas, including the removal of expired or damaged products, and ensure compliance with safety and food handling standards.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent service by addressing inquiries about frozen food items.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or supermarket stocking is an asset, but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy items
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays.
- Able to communicate in English; bilingual skills in Mandarin or Chinese are a plus.
