**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide front desk and administrative support when required.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

**Skills**
- Sage and accounting experience beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
