**The Role**

**Duties & responsibilities** will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Campus Operations Management:
Oversee daily campus operations, including the opening and closing of the campus.

Ensure efficient management of campus facilities and resources.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance campus functionality.

Administrative Tasks:

- Manage a wide range of administrative activities to support campus operations.
- Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to ensure smooth administrative processes.

Student Admissions:

- Develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse and qualified student body.
- Provide exceptional support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.

Business Development:

- Lead strategic business development efforts to improve the campus’s market presence and drive growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Implement strategies to enhance the campus’s competitive edge and overall success.

Teaching Opportunities:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role or a similar capacity.
- Proven track record in business development and strategic planning, with demonstrated success in driving growth and forming strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a similar role within an educational or institutional setting is highly desirable.
- Teaching experience or relevant qualifications are a plus.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Managerial: 1 year (preferred)
