APPLICATION ANALYST - LEDUC
JOB POSTING # S22-22
Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing, configuring and administering the SharePoint Online environment;
- Responding to critical system alerts and escalating as required;
- Liaising between IT staff, internal and external stakeholders;
- Analyzing business technical process gaps and information flow obstacles and
- Analyzing and recommending new best system practices.
Qualifications include:
- Completion of a two year post secondary diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum of one year Microsoft SharePoint Online support and a minimum of 6 months of operational technology systems support;
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others;
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately, both verbal and written;
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks; and
- Ability to provide a high level of stakeholder service.
