As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality Bubble Tea and food items. Your role will involve engaging with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café environment.
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, food items, and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively.
- Stay updated on menu offerings and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
**Skills**
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Experience in cash handling and cashiering for efficient transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices within the food service industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance the customer experience.
- Familiarity with the food industry is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
