**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences in yacht purchases or sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities within the yacht industry.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage client interactions and sales processes effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on listings, market conditions, and potential buyers or sellers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Provide technical sales support by offering detailed information about yacht specifications, features, and benefits.
- Assist in marketing yachts through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall customer service experience.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in English.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in inside sales or technical sales environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of business development strategies within the marine industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques to assess yacht values accurately.

Pay: $75,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
