**Position Summary**

We are excited to hire an experienced, full-time **Clinic Manager** to lead our dynamic team in **Toronto, ON, at our location at 1170 Eglinton Ave. W..** As the **Clinic Manager, **you will meet one-on-one with clients to answer their laser hair removal questions and help them create their dream treatment package. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day operations of your clinic and work closely with our Founder & CEO to meet your monthly goals. **Responsibilities**
- Perform sales consultations and educate clients on laser hair removal
- Promote and recommend treatment packages to fit client needs
- Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
- Actively seek client reviews and referrals
- Lead and manage a team of 2-4 employees
- Complete employee work schedules
- Collect insights to help constantly create a better experience for clients
- Work closely with the founder to hit important KPIs
- Foster a culture of world class customer service

**Requirements**:

- Past experience in a management role within a consumer-facing medical clinic environment is preferred, but not required (e.g. med spa, dentistry, orthodontics, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial drive and excitement in helping build a new, thriving location
- Proven success in sales and team leadership
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain highly confidential patient information
- Intermediate computer skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s or College degree preferred

**Schedule**
- 8-10 Hour Shifts

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
