**Job Overview**
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate product knowledge will contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping journey.
- Provide detailed information about products, including features and benefits, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technology sales presentations to showcase the latest offerings.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment through effective merchandising practices.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and product demos.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for enhancing customer interactions.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain store presentation standards.
